A 10 acre parcel adjacent to Highway 3A has been reserved for a proposed lodge/lounge/ spa. Although it is the intention to commence this 'Phase 2' project relatively soon, it should be noted that the required approvals are yet to be received and at this time, we have no guarantees they will be granted. With nearby recreational amenities (beaches, golf courses skiing, fishing lakes) and the city of Penticton just 15 minutes away along with the booming and growing hub of the Okanagan Similkameen, significant future development for both residential and commercial appears highly likely. Currently a 200 unit residential development (both single and multi-family) is proposed on the hillside of the Twin Lakes Golf Course. It is anticipated and hoped that in addition to serving the local community, the lodge with boutique shops, hot tubs, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, therapeutic massage services, frequent live music in the lounge, etc. will become a destination getaway!
