While land owners are completely free to hire the contractor(s) of their choice, an Unearth Enterprise Ltd. affiliate company will likely be building the first home in the subdivision, expected to commence in the summer of 2010. Back Country Artful Design Inc. (BCAD) was incorporated to design and build high end timber frame homes on some of the acreage properties in the Kaleden Acres subdivision. We welcome your visit to our first home (likely to be built on Lot 1), but meanwhile, please view the concept drawings in our brochure for an indication of the planned style.
